Q. Do you come to me?
A. Yes. Mister Sparkle Mobile Detailing comes to you. We are a fully mobile service. All we need is access to power, water and off street parking. We bring everything with us, to your home or office.
Q. Do you charge more for your mobile service?
A. No. There is no extra charge for Mister Sparkle Mobile Detailing to come to you.
Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We accept cash, credit card or bank transfer.
Q. What is your normal service area?
A. Our normal service areas are: Sydney North Shore, Sydney Northern Beaches, Sydney Northwest, Sydney Inner West & Sydney Western Suburbs.
Q. I would like to have my vehicle detailed at my place of work, is that possible?
A. Yes. Mister Sparkle Mobile Detailing will come to your home or office.
Q. What type of vehicles can be detailed?
A. We can detail your cars, 4WDs/SUVs, vans, motorcycles and small trucks.
Q. How often should I wash my car?
A. At least once a fortnight. For most people their vehicle is their 2nd largest investment and should be cleaned and protected regularly. Mister Sparkle Mobile Detailing can do this for you.
Q. Can you remove scratches from my paintwork?
A. Most of the time scratches can be removed by machine polishing. This depends on the depth of the scratch. Most surface scratches and scratches around your door handles and locks will buff out also.
Q. What sort of products will be used to detail my car?
A. The products we use at Mister Sparkle Mobile Detailing are designed for commercial car detailing. We use and recommend Autoglym products to care for your paint work, your interior, your leather and your exterior trims. We use and recommend Bissell for all shampooing. We use the very best quality microfibre cloths and the highest quality polishes to ensure your paint looks and feels it’s very best. Our leather cleaners are gentle yet can still lift out deep grime, leaving your leather and trims cleaned, conditioned and UV protected.
Q. What happens if it is raining?
A. We will arrange for another time, convenient for you, unless you have a garage or carport in which we can still do the detail.
Q. What are these swirl marks on the paintwork of my car and can they be removed?
A. Yes, Mister Sparkle Mobile Detailing can remove swirl marks by professionally machine polishing your vehicle. Swirls marks are caused by improper polishing, buffing, washing and everyday wear resulting in thousands of tiny surface scratches which reflect the sunlight, giving the appearance of fine swirl marks. To remove swirl marks we use high quality Autoglym polishes with a polishing machine designed specifically for this purpose.
Q. Can you remove cigarette smoke odour from my car?
A. Yes. Mister Sparkle Mobile Detailing offers an Interior Detail, including shampooing for this reason. Cigarette odours will come out of the car’s upholstery when shampooed correctly including seats and carpets. Trims such as doors and dashboard also need to be cleaned correctly to ensure all odours are removed.
Q. Can you repair my car?
A. No, we do not carry out any repair or restoration work.
